Kleenair
made forays into exports in year 1998 by supplying a
low pressure vane scrubber for dryer exhaust. The emission
levels guaranteed & achieved were less than 25mg/
Nm3. This unit in complete SS 316L , was exported through
a world renowned Dryer Manufacturer.

For next couple of years ,
the exports of air pollution control equipment , Bulk
handling valves , pneumatic conveying systems & system
accessories was done largely through Original Equipments
Manufactures of dryers , furnaces , boilers and cement
plant machinery & solvent oil plant machinery manufacturers.

This trend continued till
date with more & more manufacturers are relying on
Kleenair because it offered a right balance of quality
with price & meeting tight delivery schedules . The
support at site , was adequately provided to ensure that
equipment / systems are commissioned & handed over
to the user successfully.

| All these
equipments were exported to South - East Asia , Middle
East , European Countries.

A major leap towards on
exports, was taken in year 2002 , where kleenair had
established a liaison office in Lagos, Nigeria. The
aim was to provide international quality equipments
& spares to end users at right price, helping them
to reduce their spares cost without any compromise.
In two years time, almost 8 customers comprising of
Solvent Oil Plant, Flour Mills, Cement , Breweries started
relying on Kleenair, to source their equipment / spares
, not only for solid handling but also for other plant
& machinery.

Kleenair is presently executing
a prestigious export order valued over 450,000 USD (200
LACS INR) for design manufacture & supply of gas cleaning
plant for 2 Nos. 16.5MVA semi closed submerged electric
arc furnace for a Ferro alloy plant at Bahrain.

The major equipments involved
are water cooled ducts, Air to Air heat exchangers , reverse
pulsejet bag houses with offline cleaning , high efficiency
centrifugal fans, dust disposal systems comprising of
screw conveyors & pneumatic conveying systems , apart
from complete instrumentation & electrical. The emission
levels shall meet international standards.
