TYPES OF POWDER-LIQUID MIXERS
Depending upon the products to be mixed and its characteristics and nature of operation, Kleenair offers following designs of mixer.

Batch Type: Intensive mixers, Air assisted pneumatic mixer, screw cone Mixers. |

Continuous: Single Shaft as well as Twin Paddle shaft mixers, Ribbon-flight Mixers, High-speed mixers, Screw Mixers. |
Capacities for Batch mixer varies from 60 ltrs upto 10 M3 size.
Continuous type of mixers are available from 0.5 m3 upto 20 M3 per hour.
Material of construction :M.S.,SS-304,SS-316.
BLENDERS
Blenders are available in single, double, triple ribbon designs. Options on cut flight, augers.
Capacities are available from 300 ltrs upto 7.5 m3 size.
Material of Construction: MS,SS-304,SS-316.
SPECIAL MIXERS
Kleenair specialises on making special mixers as well as Agitators to suit customised requirements of Process mixers such as Detergent Paste Mixers, Oil mixers.
Along with special Agitators ,various designs of Homogenising blades ensures uniform mixing even for very high viscosity range of liquids/mixtures.
